The problem is that only 4% of South African youth are competent in mathematics leading to critical skills shortages in the economy.

The consequences are high unemployment, a struggling economy and poor service delivery. This is fueling corruption, crime and social unrest.

Our objective is to reduce unemployment, improve service delivery, and grow the economy by focusing on developing critical skills, ultimately breaking the cycle of poverty.

Our solution is to invite children to join math clubs, similar to sports clubs, where they have fun, learn, and hone their skills against teams from other clubs.

Our approach draws inspiration from SA Rugby’s Elite Player Development Pathway and involves working with non-profits, schools, and businesses throughout SA.
