DELIVERING LASTING CHANGE
We build mathematical competency in low-income communities.

The problem
is that only 3% of South African youth are competent in mathematics leading to critical skills shortages in the economy.

The consequences
are high unemployment, a struggling economy and poor service delivery. This is fueling corruption, crime and social unrest.

Our objective
is to build a solid foundation in numeracy to prepare children for high school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

Our solution
is to train communities to run SANC math clubs. A project of Rhodes University, SANC Math Clubs focus on fun ways to learn key concepts.

WHY SANC MATH CLUBS?
